B&W is now offering turn key truck blower installation kit for Frac sand dry bulk haulers related to the natural gas hydraulic fracturing industry.   The "Frac" truck blower installation kit includes all of the necessary equipment and accessories required to off load silica sand from you dry bulk trailer.

Gardner Denver T5CDL12L Truck blower
Blower mounting bracket, straps, and bolts.
1410 truck blower drive flange
Stainless steel inlet filter (designed for pressure or vacuum service)
Intake adapter (4” king nipple)
Inlet filter rubber hump hose connector
Inlet filter mounting bracket & hardware.
Check valve: aluminum discharge check valve with mounting flange
Pressure relief valve: 2” aluminum PRV set at  20.0 PSI
3” discharge male camlock with 3” dust cap sash and chain.
