Silencers & all internal components are constructed of 304 Stainless Steel. The straight through perforated baffle tube design reduces air restriction & is surrounded by multiple layers of noise absorption materials including SS acoustic packing & custom manufactured sintered material. The silencer’s two main stainless steel absorption materials achieve the best silencing possible & are rated for temperatures which greatly exceed applicable equipment operating temperatures. The fully welded Stainless Steel construction & combined acoustic absorption materials create a silencer with outstanding noise reduction, durability, & application flexibility at an economical cost . The PneuQuiet silencers can be used on inlet or discharge silencing applications on equipment operating above transitional speeds.
