D807 & D907 Dry Bulk Drum Truck Blower Guide

The Gardner Denver line of D807 and D907 Dry Bulk Drum Truck Blowers are considered to be the most versatile units on the market. These PD blowers offer adaptable fitting and can run at a 20 psi continuous operation making dispatching easy. In fact, the high pressure and wide speed range make these blowers perfect for the sand, sugar, flour, fly ash, cement, pebble lime, grain and plastic pellets industries.

D807 and D907 Truck Blower Features

These truck blower units have oil lubrication at both ends to reduce temperature permitting you to constantly run the machine without consistent greasing. The unit also has a twin drive shaft with multidirectional rotation. The body, end plates and gear cases are fabricated with heat dissipation ribbing to ensure discharge temperatures are optimal. In fact, these blowers are built in such a way to allow easy installation with a vertical mounting kit.

The D807 and D907 truck blowers are built with a diamond port to reduce noise and pulsations. They are also dynamically balanced with efficient rotors for cooler operation. These truck blowers have special plugs that provide a consistent release of temperature relieving 5-6 psi and a 60-80 degree drop in temperature. This ultimately allows the blower to continue operating at lower temperatures.

To help you install the pd blower on your trailer, tractor or truck Gardner Denver manufactured flexible engineered mounting kits. These kits include a spring loaded check valve, lightweight aluminum discharge piping, 3” to 4” camlocks, relief valves, a universal mounting bracket and a 1300 Series PD Blower Drive Flange. To help reduce noise, Gardner Denver also manufactured an acoustically tuned filter silencer and an easy bolt on discharge silencer.
